Jouw impact
Als hepatitis C verpleegkundige krijg je een coördinerende rol binnen het bestaande zorgnetwerk in Oost-Vlaanderen. Je bent een echte spilfiguur in het opsporen, voorkomen, behandelen en opvolgen van hepatitis C.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor lokale zorgprofessionals én je werkt nauw samen met:
- de Vlaamse hepatitis C-coördinator
- collega’s uit andere provincies
- partnerorganisaties binnen preventie en harm reduction
Je onderhoudt niet alleen bestaande contacten, maar helpt ook nieuwe samenwerkingen uit te bouwen. Dankzij jouw methodische aanpak vertaal je jouw netwerkwerk en cases moeiteloos naar heldere en overzichtelijke rapportage.
Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk, want je bent actief in heel Oost-Vlaanderen (met occasionele verplaatsingen naar West-Vlaanderen).

- Bachelor verpleegkundige
- Rijbewijs B (must)
- Bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen Oost- én West-Vlaanderen
- Administratief sterk & gestructureerd
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Goede organisatorische skills (agenda- & casebeheer)
