Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Je ontvangt klanten en luistert actief naar hun behoeften
- Je adviseert klanten rond onderhoud en herstellingen
- Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en correcte opvolging van alle werkzaamheden
- Je plant afspraken in en beheert de agenda
- Je beantwoordt telefonische oproepen en verwerkt e-mails
- Je verwerkt klantgegevens, stelt facturen op en houdt dossiers nauwkeurig up-to-date
- Je stemt af met de werkplaats en andere interne diensten
- Je vertaalt technische informatie naar begrijpelijke taal voor de klant
