Jouw takenpakket als commercieel bediende:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen bij het vinden van de juiste energieoplossing.
- Je luistert naar hun behoeften, adviseert en stelt offerten op
- Aanmaken dossiers in ons ERP systeem
- Ondersteuning van klanten A-Z
- Beheer contactpersonen key-accounts
- Ondersteunen verkoop- en verhuurafdeling
Your Profile
Dit verwachten wij van jou als commercieel bediende:
- Bachelor of master opleiding marketing, communicatie, handelsingenieur
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans, Engels : goede kennis (mondeling & schriftelijk)
- Commercieel en communicatief ingesteld
- Flexibel en stressbestendig (zeer wisselende prioriteiten)
- Een goede kennis van digitale trends zoals SEO, email marketing is een troef
- Zeer goede kennis MS Office
- Enige ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Een praktisch en punctueel persoon (hands-on mentaliteit)
