About the Job
Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van offertes en prijsberekeningen op basis van plannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties. Je maakt een grondige analyse van projecten en zorgt voor een correcte kostprijsberekening. Dankzij jouw inzicht en precisie draag je bij aan het binnenhalen van projecten en een rendabele uitvoering.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen en meetstaten
- Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers
- Opstellen van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en offertes
- Overleggen met projectleiders, aankoop en andere interne diensten
- Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van calculatieprocessen
- Meedenken over technische en financiële optimalisaties binnen een project
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je beschikt over een bachelor Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent cijfermatig sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan plannen lezen en interpreteren
- Je bent communicatief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
- Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en bij voorkeur ook met calculatiesoftware (bv. BuildSoft, KPD, Excel,...)
