Hoe ziet de dag van een (hulp)drukker eruit?
Onze Assistent drukkers zijn onmisbare collega’s binnen de afdeling drukkerij, aangezien ze onze drukkers ondersteunen vóór, tijdens en na het drukproces. Daardoor is je functie als assistent drukker enorm gevarieerd. Je dag zal o.a. bestaan uit:
- Inkten aanvullen, drukplaten klaarzetten, nieuwe drukrollen aanbrengen, de materiaaldoorvoer afstellen, onvoorziene storingen oplossen, drukwerk controleren, drukpersen onderhouden etc.
- Daarnaast word je ook af en toe ingezet terug ondersteuning van andere afdelingen. Variatie troef!

- Je “bijleren” en “jezelf verder ontwikkelen” eerder als een kans ziet i.p.v. een opdracht.
- Teamwork en een warme cultuur onmisbare bedrijfswaarden zijn voor jou.
- Ploegenwerk (2 ploegen) jou niet afschrikt en je er zelfs de voordelen van ziet: Extra tijd voor hobby’s, vrienden, familie…
- Goesting om erin te vliegen en oog voor detail op je lijf geschreven zijn.
- Je 0 jaar of 20 jaar ervaring op je teller hebt staan. Specifieke voorkennis is niet vereist, interesse in techniek dan weer wel!
