Als Customer Service Medewerker binnen onze klantendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Jij zorgt voor een vlotte, correcte en klantgerichte opvolging van alle vragen en dossiers.

Jouw taken binnen Customer Service:

  • Professioneel beheren van klantencontact (telefonisch en via e-mail)
  • Behandelen van vragen binnen de klantendienst en bieden van oplossingen
  • Verwerken van bestellingen en administratieve opvolging binnen Customer Service
  • Ondersteunen van interne teams om een optimale klanttevredenheid te garanderen
  • Nauwkeurig beheren van klantendossiers

Your Profile

 

Voor deze functie binnen Customer Service / klantendienst zoeken we iemand met de juiste mindset:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goede kennis Frans 
  • Extra talen zijn een sterke plus binnen de klantendienst
  • Ervaring in Customer Service of een gelijkaardige klantendienstfunctie is een grote troef
  • Motivatie en klantgerichtheid zijn belangrijker dan ervaring
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus binnen Customer Service
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
