Jouw uitdaging
Als Aftersales Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de commerciële binnen- en buitendienst bij klachtenbehandeling. Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging en een klantgerichte oplossing.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten van A tot Z
- Verzamelen van gegevens en opmaken van rapporten
- Uitwerken van oplossingen in samenwerking met interne afdelingen
- Coördineren en inplannen van interventies van de technische dienst
- Contact onderhouden met klanten en interne stakeholders
- Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van klachten (KPI’s, trends, klantentevredenheid)
- Opstarten en opvolgen van herstelorders
- Ondersteunen bij administratieve en commerciële taken (orderverwerking, leveringsopvolging, ERP)
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een technische affiniteit (bij voorkeur met deuren, kozijnen of bouwsector)
- Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans
- Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Microsoft Axapta) en MS Office
- Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent communicatief en klantgericht
- Je bent een echte teamplayer
