HR & salarisadministratie
- Salarisadministratie voorbereiden en verwerken
- Vragen van werknemers beantwoorden over salaris, verlof, bonussen, secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, enz.
- Nauw samenwerken met een sociaal secretariaat: SD Worx.
- Gebruik van gespecialiseerde software (payroll, tijdsregistratie & planning).
- Beheren van arbeidscontracten, opvolgen van verlof en ondersteunen van HR-processen.
Boekhouding
- Boekhouding invoeren, facturae en leveranciers-/klantenboekhouding opvolgen.
- Meewerken aan het opstellen van financiële rapporten, belastingaangiften en budgetten.
- Helpen bij het beheren van de dagelijkse financiën, inclusief maandafsluitingen.
- Nauw samenwerken met ons accountantskantoor.
Your Profile
- Je hebt al een bewezen “track-record” in boekhouding en payroll.
- Je hebt een diploma (Bachelor / Master)
- Je woont in de buurt van Wezembeek-Oppem.
- Je hebt al gewerkt met boekhoud- en payrollsoftware.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de fiscale en arbeidswetgeving.
- Je bent tweetalig en spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven).
- Je houdt ervan om alle processen te structureren en te optimaliseren voor meer efficiëntie.
- Je hebt een passie voor cijfers en oog voor detail.
- Je energie werkt aanstekelijk en je hands-on mentaliteit en autonomie zijn je sterke punten.
