About the Job
En tant que HRBP spécialisé en hard RH, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble de l’administration du personnel et jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines.
Vos responsabilités principales :
- Gestion complète de l’administration du personnel
- Réalisation des DRS (documents sociaux)
- Suivi des incapacités de travail et du salaire garanti
- Vérification des pointages et prestations
- Gestion des entrées et sorties (onboarding / offboarding)
- Traitement des licenciements et procédures associées
- Gestion des déclarations DIMONA
- Administration des plans d’embauche
- Suivi des dispositifs tels que crédit-temps
Your Profile
En tant que HRBP spécialisé en hard RH, votre profil est le suivant :
- Bachelier en Ressources Humaines (atout majeur)
- Expérience en secrétariat social appréciée
- Connaissance impérative de SAP HR
- Bonne maîtrise de l’administration RH belge
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement à rythme soutenu
- Esprit autonome, rigoureux et organisé
- Excellente gestion du stress
