Voor een bedrijf in Lommel gaan we op zoek naar een junior projectleider (m/v/x).
Als projectleider ben jij de spilfiguur in elk dakproject. Je krijgt de vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig te werken van offerte tot oplevering. Concreet betekent dat:
- Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
- Klanten overtuigen en projecten binnenhalen
- Aankoop van materialen en organiseren van de logistiek
- Werfbezoeken en afspraken met klanten, aannemers en architecten
- Werkvoorbereiding en aansturing van arbeiders op de werf
- Facturatie en nacalculatie
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- We zoeken een enthousiaste starter met goesting om te leren. Ervaring is niet nodig, motivatie des te meer!
- Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma (bouwkunde is een plus, geen must)
- Je bent leergierig en hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
- Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlans is een must. Een goede kennis van Engels is ook belangrijk.
- Je bent communicatief en organisatorisch sterk
