Voor een nieuwe functie in de regio Tongeren gaan we via deze vacature op zoek naar een Marketing Coördinator.
Daarvoor is het belangrijk om te beschikken over de nodige ervaring in marketing/communicatie om met de juiste basis de schakel te vormen tussen de Marketing Manager en het Marketing team. Wat dat concreet inhoudt, lees je hieronder:
- Je staat in voor diverse marketingprojecten en -campagnes
- Je denkt mee over communicatie naar diverse filialen, planning, klantenacties en merkconsistentie
- Je coördineert de diverse projecten met het team en waakt over de kwaliteit
- Je ondersteunt en coacht de collega's binnen het team
- Je stelt de huidige processen in vraag op een constructieve manier en stelt verbeteringen voor
Your Profile
Voor deze functie als Marketing Coördinator mikken we zoals gezegd op iemand met een stabiele ervaring in het domein die fungeert als filter tussen Manager en team. Concreet mikken we op onderstaande vereisten:
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in marketing of communicatie
- Idealiter weet je wat het is om de eindverantwoordelijkheid over projecten te hebben
- Je behaalde minstens een bachelordiploma
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en durft dit vooral te spreken
- Je werkt gestructureerd, bent nieuwsgierig en hebt commercieel inzicht

Voor deze functie als Marketing Coördinator wordt ook een aantrekkelijk pakket aangeboden, afgestemd op jouw profiel en opgedane ervaring. Tot op bepaalde hoogte is dit onderhandelbaar, maar er wordt vooral gekeken naar een traject om hierin te blijven groeien naargelang je interne ervaring.
Je kan alleszins rekenen op het volgende:
- Marktconform loon tot ongeveer 3500 euro bruto
- Maaltijdcheques (€8)
- Groepsverzekering
- Mogelijkheid tot fietslease
- 40u-week met dus in totaal 32 verlofdagen
- Voltijdse functie met verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief
- Flexibel in te vullen werkuren na inwerkperiode
- Mogelijkheid tot telewerk na inwerkperiode
