Wat ga je doen?
- Bedienen van klanten in de winkel, opnemen van telefoon en verwerken van vragen, ook via mail.
- Bestellingen plaatsen voor klanten
- Binnenkomende bestellingen controleren en klaarmaken om in te plannen voor plaatsing
- Planning voor de techniekers bijhouden en inplannen in functie van de bestelde goederen
- Klanten, leveranciers, bezoekers ontvangen
- De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen
- Uitvoering van onderhoudscontracten opvolgen en controleren
- E-mails behandelen

- Je bent klantvriendelijk
- Je hebt een hands on aanpak
- Je bent stressbestendig
- Je hebt organisatorisch inzicht
- Je bent zelfstandig, maar kan zeker in teamverband werken
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je verhelpen in het Frans
