Wat ga je doen?
- Je staat in voor dagelijkse verpleegkundige zorg met aandacht voor comfort, respect en individuele noden
- Je voert verpleegkundige en medische handelingen correct uit en volgt zorgplannen op
- Je observeert en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega-verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen, artsen en andere disciplines
- Je draagt bij aan een warme, huiselijke sfeer
- Je neemt actief deel aan teamoverleg en kwaliteitsverbetering
- Je rapporteert correct in het zorgdossier

- Je hebt een diploma + verpleegkundig visum
- Je zoekt een vaste tewerkstelling

- Je waardeert initiatief, humor en teamwork
- Kortom je bent een echte teamplayer
