Wat ga je doen?
- Nationaal transport: Je stelt de planning op en coördineert alle uitgaande transporten. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten.
- Internationaal transport: Je onderhoudt langdurige relaties met logistieke partners en plant inkomende goederenstromen uit Italië en Spanje, rekening houdend met klantvereisten.
- Administratieve flow: Je volgt alle werkorders op van bestelling tot levering, inclusief retours, voorraad en terugzendingen.
- Statistieken & optimalisatie: Je analyseert transportdata en zoekt continu naar efficiëntere, kostenbesparende oplossingen.
- Procesverbetering: Je denkt mee over hoe we onze bedrijfsprocessen slimmer kunnen maken.
- Commerciële ondersteuning: Je springt bij waar nodig om de binnendienst te ondersteunen.
- Flexibiliteit: Werken op zaterdagvoormiddag schrikt jou niet af.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels; Spaans of Italiaans is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt graag met MS Office, vooral Excel.
- Je bent een geboren problem solver: een moeilijke puzzel oplossen geeft jou energie.
- Je hebt commerciële flair en bent sociaal en klantgericht.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail bij orderverwerking.
