- Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je volgde een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, aangevuld met ervaring in een leidinggevende rol; ervaring in een logistieke omgeving is daarbij een sterke troef.
- Je bent besluitvaardig, stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
- Je beschikt over sterke people skills: je weet hoe je een team motiveert, begeleidt en laat groeien
- Je werkt vlot met de courante softwaretoepassingen
- Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege en late shift).
