- Bedienen van de meettoestellen en ander materiaal volgens de bijhorende bedieningsinstructies.
- Indien er zich defecten voordoen, onmiddellijk rapporteren aan de Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke.
- Nakijken van laborapporten en onregelmatigheden doorgeven aan de Kwaliteits-verantwoordelijke.
- Analyseresultaten ingangskeuring klasseren.
- Op aanvraag stalen aanmaken
- Externe stalen onderzoeken.
- Indien nodig, bijspringen bij het uitvoeren van extra proeven (bij Cmk/Cpk-studies of extra proeven bij ontwikkeling nieuw product).
- Bij klachten van klanten, metingen op stalen uitvoeren.
- Beheren van stalen.
- Beheersing van werkzaamheden zoals ISO-procedures, instructies, formulieren, … van toepassing voor het uitoefenen van de job.
Your Profile
- Je hebt reeds ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je kan vlot met de computer werken.
- Logisch inzicht en gevoel voor het kwaliteitsgebeuren.
- Diepte-inzicht en goed kleuren kunnen onderscheiden.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en houdt van structuur.
- Je bent een teamplayer.
