Wat ga je doen?
- Beheer van complexere exportorders van A tot Z
- Ingeven en opvolgen van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem
- Aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen over levertermijnen en wijzigingen
- Voorbereiden van het logistieke traject in samenwerking met transportplanning
- Contact opnemen met transporteurs bij wijzigingen of tekorten
- Optimaliseren van bestellingen in overleg met de klant
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?
- Bachelor- of masterniveau
- Ervaring binnen customer service of een backofficefunctie is een plus
- Vlotte kennis van MS Office
- Sterke talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels is een must. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
- Klantgericht, flexibel en een echte teamplayer
- Werkt graag dossiermatig en houdt overzicht
- Nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
- Communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht, zowel intern als extern
- Interesse in en motivatie voor complexere dossiers
- Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een meerwaarde
