Jouw taken als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst:
- Je staat klanten professioneel te woord en geeft technisch onderbouwd advies over vrachtwagenonderdelen.
- Je bespreekt de behoeften van de klant en vertaalt deze naar een passende offerte.
- Je onderhandelt, sluit de verkoop af en bouwt een duurzame klantenrelatie op.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte interne communicatie richting logistiek, zodat de klant zijn bestelling tijdig ontvangt.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verkoop en logistiek om een optimale service te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus
- Je hebt ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie
- Je hebt een sterke technische kennis
- Je bent een teamspeler en kan snel schakelen
- Je bent flexibel om af en toe tot 19u te werken
- Je werkt vlot met Excel en een ERP-systeem
