Wat ga je doen?
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Frans en Engelstalige dealers en klanten. Je helpt hen verder met advies, offertes en opvolging, en bouwt zo mee aan duurzame relaties. Dankzij jouw commerciële feeling en klantgerichtheid weet je precies wat ze nodig hebben en hoe je dat vertaalt naar een oplossing op maat.
Jouw taken:
- Beantwoorden van inkomende vragen van dealers en klanten (voornamelijk in het Frans en Engels)
- Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen
- Klanten adviseren over technische mogelijkheden en toepassingen
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals productie en planning
- Meedenken over commerciële acties en klantgerichte oplossingen
- Op termijn zelfstandig plannen kunnen lezen en interpreteren (opleiding voorzien)

Wie ben jij?
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Engels (Nederlands is uiteraard ook nodig)
- Je hebt een natuurlijke commerciële flair en bent klantgericht
- Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Je hebt interesse in technische producten en maatwerkoplossingen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en denkt mee met de klant
- Technische voorkennis is een plus, maar geen vereiste, motivatie en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker
