Jouw job
Als pre-sales medewerker zorg jij voor een vlotte planning van afspraken voor vertegenwoordigers en onderhoudsmedewerkers.
Wat betekent dat concreet?
- Je belt klanten op en plant kwalitatieve afspraken in
- Je stelt gerichte vragen om de situatie en behoeften van de klant correct in kaart te brengen
- Je beoordeelt of een afspraak ingepland wordt op korte of middellange termijn
- Je houdt rekening met planning, regio’s en technische kenmerken van de werf
- Je verwerkt alle informatie correct in het CRM-systeem
- Je past agenda’s aan op vraag van klanten
- Je ondersteunt collega’s bij de planning en helpt mee met commerciële acties, zoals prospectie, onderhoudscontracten en offerte-opvolging

- Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig
- Je bent sterk in telefonisch contact en klantgericht communiceren
- Je houdt overzicht en plant graag georganiseerd
- Je kan vlot werken met Outlook, Excel en Word
- Je leert makkelijk nieuwe software aan
- Je verwerkt informatie correct in een CRM-systeem
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
